In this needle-felting class, Debbie of Whispering Wool will teach participants how to make an adorable mini bear rug designed by Felting Farmer Lady; no hunting required! Wouldn’t he make a great centerpiece or a wonderful gift? Students will learn to build the form and fashion the head, adding details for personality. The most fun part will be adding the curly locks to create the pelt! Start the pelt in class and finish at home. Debbie will have an assortment of beautiful natural locks from which to choose. Can you even bear the cuteness? No felting experience necessary. Age 14+, please.
Bring a sack lunch and beverage to have during the ½ hour break.
Materials includes a specially barbed needle, felting surface, felt, wools and curly locks.
