DESCRIPTION:\n\nTrees silhouetted against an evening sky are a familiar and
  magical theme! We will be working with chalk pastels on black paper to cr
 eate sublime compositions that are friendly to pastel novices\, but also i
 nspiring to those familiar with the medium. Learn the importance of compos
 ition\, different types of chalk pastels (including pastel pencils) and te
 chniques. Class fee includes the use of pastel sticks\, pastel pencils\, a
 nd black paper as well as a mat with backing so that your unique masterpie
 ce is ready to place in an 8x10 frame. Age 12+\, please.\n\nTuesday June 2
 6\, 2018\, 5:30 PM-7:30 PM\n\nClass fee is $35. A materials fee of $7 will
  be due to teacher at time of class.\n\nSpaces are limited\; online regist
 ration &amp\; payment are required to reserve your spot.
