DESCRIPTION:\n\nIn this beginner-level class\, Marianne introduces basic sk
 ills and practices for creating unique wearable treasures in metal clay. S
 tudents will practice with both porcelain and polymer clays \, which have 
 similar properties to metal clay\, in order to gain hands-on experience be
 fore diving into metal clay. Students will then learn to create small item
 s suitable for earrings\, pendants and charms. Marianne will also demo bas
 ic findings assembly\, so your pieces are ready to wear as soon as they ar
 e fired. $40 materials fee includes 15 grams of fine silver clay(price may
  vary with market value of fine metals)\, fine silver wire\, double storag
 e container\, access to tools during class\, and kiln firing and polishing
  your work. No experience necessary. Age 14 +\, please. Sign up for Metal 
 Clay Club immediately following this class to stay and play!\n\n*Optional
