Learn how to turn a design template into a beautiful stained glass suncatcher! Students will choose from 6 beginner-friendly templates to create their piece. Learn how to cut and grind glass to fit the design and then foil and solder the pieces to create a stunning hanging work of art. Students will learn tips and tricks throughout the workshop that will help guide future choices in the craft and optimize chances for success! This class is intended for beginners who are new to the craft of stained glass, or those with experience who just need a refresher or more practice.

Please arrive a bit early to pay your materials fee and get settled, as instruction will begin promptly at 11:00. We will need every bit of the 5-hour class to complete these projects! You must wear closed-toe shoes and no exposed legs. Please bring a large water bottle (that closes completely) and a snack.

Materials/supplies fee covers: stained glass, sticker paper, solder, flux, copper foil, nitrile gloves, hanging materials, cleaning materials, handouts, tool/equipment and possibly a band-aid or two.

Class fee is $140. A materials fee of $20 will be due to teacher at time of class.
